Log in to your Synth Palace account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging with all included manuals, power supplies, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
